Introduction
The Sony WH-CH720N sits in the sweet spot between budget and premium noise-cancelling headphones. It is Sony’s lightest over-ear wireless ANC model at only 192 grams, making long listening sessions much more comfortable than heavier flagship options.
Noise Cancellation and Sound
Dual Noise Sensor technology paired with the Integrated Processor V1 delivers effective ANC for everyday noise like traffic, office chatter, and airplane cabin rumble. Sound is balanced with natural vocals; DSEE helps restore compressed digital audio for clearer detail.
Comfort and Build
At 192g these are among the lightest Sony ANC headphones ever made. Soft ear cushions and a lightweight headband work well for all-day wear. The design is simple and modern in black.
Battery and Features
You get up to 35 hours of playback with noise cancelling on. A quick 3-minute charge gives roughly 1 hour of use. Multipoint Bluetooth lets you stay connected to two devices at once, and Ambient Sound / Adaptive Sound Control adjust to your environment. Alexa support is also built in.
Who Should Buy This?
If you want effective noise cancelling, long battery life, and a lightweight fit without paying flagship prices, the WH-CH720N is one of the best mid-range Sony options available.
